Shipping Policy 

All items are shipped via FedEx. Currently we only ship within the United States. Please allow 3 - 8 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 3 - 7 business days for shipping. Tracking information will be provided once items have been shipped. 

Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on Monday or the following business day.

Please note that Queen Lexii " The Original Collection" is not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products being sold, Queen Lexii "The Original Collection" does not offer refunds or accepts returns (with the exception of damaged goods, per discretion & based on eligibility. See the damage policy for more info). If there are any concerns or if you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact customer service via email at Please allow 1 - 2 business days for a response. Excellent customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Damage/Lost/Stolen Policy

If  your package is lost/stolen after a confirmed delivery, QL Consults Inc. will not take responsibility. Please contact local authorities.


If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours via email at Please include a picture and detailed explanation of the damage. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for a response and resolution.
